Lunae, 26o Januarii

Transporting Corn, &c. to Spayne.

Mr. Treasurer, Mr. Secretary Cooke, Sir D. Digges, Mr. Waller, Sir Edw. Gyles, Alderman Clitherow, Mr. Roydon, Sir Har. Grimston, Sir Ro. Maunsell, Sir Jo. Ellyott, Sir Wm. Masham, Sir James Perrott, Mr. Sherwyll, Sir Francis Popham, Mr. Harrison, Sir Rich. Spencer, Mr. Alford, Sir Wm. Litton, Sir Tho. Barrington: And all, that will come, to have Voice: - To-morrow, Two Clock, in the Exchequer Chamber. This Committee to take Consideration of the Provision of Corn and Victual, now ready to be carried, in our Ships, into Spayne; and of all Incidents of carrying Corn, Victual, or Munition, to the Enemy, or Transportation of Iron Ordnance out of this Kingdom.

Adryan Pace, Two Brothers, Mr. Oxwickes, De la Barre, Philip Burlimachi, and Peter Richard, to be sent for, to attend this Committee. And this Committee to have Power to send for any Persons, Warrants, &c. to inform them. And Mr. Secretary Cooke, and Mr. Treasurer, and Sir Francis Cottington, are presently to go to his Majesty, and to entreat him, from the House, to be pleased to give present Order for the Stay of the Ships, now preparing, as aforesaid.

Religion.

Upon Question, the Particulars against Popery and Arminianism, with all the Incidents concerning Religion, tending to the Endangering of our Religion, to be debated this Afternoon by the Committee of Religion.

General Fast.

Upon Question this House to Petition his Majesty, for a general Fast.

Upon Question, a Petition to be framed for this, by Mr. Secretary Cooke, Mr. Pymme, Sir Nath. Rich, Sir W. Earle, Sir Ro. Harlow, Mr. Sherland, Mr. Rowse: To meet at Five Clock this Afternoon, in the Court of Wards.

King's Speech.

Mr. Speaker tendereth to the House a Copy of the King's Speech upon Saturday: Which Mr. Speaker read, and then delivered it in to the Clerk.
