Cloth Trade.

L. 1a. An Act for the better Venting of dyed, dressed, and mingled coloured Cloths, Kersies, new Draperies, and other Manufactures of Wool, into Parts beyond the Seas.

Estofte's Decree.

An Act for the Reversal of a Decree, in the Court of Wards and Liveries, against Jo. Estofte Esquire, concerning, and for the Assurance of, certain Manors, Lands, and Tenements, therein and hereafter mentioned, unto the said Jo. Estofte, and his Heirs for ever: - Committed to Sir Jo. Hotham, Knights and Burgesses of Yorke, Yorke-shyre, and Lincolneshyre, Sir Ben. Rudyard, Mr. Browne, Mr. Rolles, Mr. Littleton, Mr. Goodwyn, Sir Ro. Pye, Mr. Cooke, Mr. Corbett, Mr. Ratcliffe, Mr. Hollys: - Saturday, Two Clock, Court of Wards: With Power to send for Witnesses, and hear Counsel.

Privilege - Seizing Goods.

The Customers called for: And Mr. Dawes first called in, and asked divers Questions by Mr. Speaker. Then Mr. Carmarthen called in, and interrogated in like manner.

Upon Question, now to take into further Consideration, the Violation of the Privileges of this House by Mr. Dawes, and Mr. Carmarthen.

Upon Question, this to be done presently, by a Committee of the whole House, into which the House to be now resolved.

Ordered, No Member of the House to go out, without Leave, during the Sitting of the said Committee.

Ordered, That this Committee shall, To-morrow Morning, Nine Clock, take this Business, now debated of, into Consideration, and proceed, all other Businesses set apart. The Customers to be here To-morrow, Nine Clock: and Sir Jo. Worsenam, to bring with him the Copy of the Lease, by virtue whereof the Customers seized the Goods the last Year,
