3. The Subsidy of Six Shillings of the Pound of Spiritual Promotions, granted by the Clergy, to be paid in Three Years. - Jud'm.

3. Proviso from the Lords in the Bill for the Oath., with Two Provisoes of this House.

Long Arguments upon the Bill for Increase of the Navy, whether the Wednesday shall be Fish-day ; and, upon the Question, the House was divided; and they to have it a Fish-day, were 179 ; and, to have it not a Fish-day, were 97.

And immediately after, upon the Qualification of that Day, the greater Number agreed to the Qualification.
