Rogers' Estate.

AN ingrossed Bill, from the Lords, intituled, An Act to enable Jane Rogers, the Widow and Relict of Bryan Rogers, late of Falmouth, Merchant, deceased, and Administratrix of his Goods and Chattels, with his Will annexed, and other Trustees therein named, to sell Lands, for the Payment of the Debts and Legacies of the said Bryan Rogers, in Performance of his Will, was read a Second time.

Resolved, That the Bill be committed to Sir Jos. Tredenham, Mr. Thornhaugh, Mr. Granvill, Major Vincent, Mr. Tredenham, Mr. Cook, Sir Richard Hart, Mr. Waller, Sir John Bolles, Mr. Bromley, Colonel Perry, Mr. Bale, Mr. Fuller, Sir Walt. Clarges, Mr. Colt, Sir Fra. Massam, Mr. Lutterell, Mr. Christie, Mr. Blowfield, Mr. Kendall, Sir Wm. Drake, Sir Richard Onslow, Mr. Mawdit, Mr. St. John, Mr. England, Mr. Stonehouse, Mr. Bowyer, Sir Char. Clifton's Estate.

An ingrossed Bill, from the Lords, intituled, An Act to vest in Trustees certain Lands of Sir Gervas Clifton Baronet, in the County of Nottingham, for Payment of Debts, and raising Portions for younger Children, was read a Second time.

Pit's Deed of Trust, &c.

Sir Thomas Mompesson reported from the Committee, to whom the ingrossed Bill from the Lords, intituled, An Act for supplying certain Defects in the Directions made in and by a Deed of Trust, and the last Will of George Pit Esquire, deceased, for settling his Estate, was committed, That they had examined and considered the same; and that the Trustees, and all other Persons concerned, had attended the Committee, and consented to the Bill; and that the Committee had directed him to report the Bill to the House, without any Amendments: And he delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table.

Plantation Trade.

Ordered, That the Bill for the better securing the Plantation-Trade; and preventing the Shipping of Tobacco in Bulk; be read the First time upon Thursday Morning next.

Ways and Means.

The House, according to the Order of the Day, resolved itself into a Committee of the whole House, to consider further of Ways and Means for raising the Supply to be granted to his Majesty, for carrying on the War against France with Vigour.

Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

Sir Thomas Littleton reported from the said Committee, That they had made a further Progress in the Matter to them referred; and had directed him to move, That they may have Leave to sit again.

Resolved, That this House will, upon Wednesday Morning next, resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, to consider further of Ways and Means for raising the Supply to be granted to his Majesty, for carrying on the War against France with Vigour.

Queen's Funeral.

Ordered, That the Back-door up to the Scaffold, in Westminster-Abbey, for the Use of the House of Commons, be locked up, and the Key delivered to the Serjeant at Arms attending this House: And that no Persons be suffered to be under the Scaffold.

Ordered, That the Proceeding of the Members of this House, out of the Banqueting-house to the Queen's Funeral, be by the Counties, according to the Alphabet.

And then the House adjourned until Wednesday Morning next, Nine a Clock, in order to attend the Funeral of her late Majesty To-morrow; and to meet in the Banqueting-house at Whitehall To-morrow Morning at Nine a Clock, for that Purpose.
