Dies publicæ Humiliationis.

Preachers thanked.

ORDERED, That Mr. Rous and Sir Christopher Yelverton do, from this House, give Thanks unto Mr. Rutherford, and Mr. Cawdrey, for the great Pains they took in the Sermons they preached this Day, at the Intreaty of this House, at Saint Margaret's, Westminster, it being the Day of publick Humiliation; and to desire them to print their Sermons: And they are to have the like Privilege in printing of them as others, in like Kind, usually have had.

Preachers appointed.

Ordered, That Mr. Rous do desire, from this House, Mr. Bayley and Mr. Young to preach before the Commons the next Fast Day, at Saint Margaret's, Westminster.

The Assembly.

Ordered, That the Lord Warisson shall be admitted into the Assembly, to be present there; and to debate, upon Occasion.

League and Covenant.

The Lord Herbert, Sir Tho. Barrington, Sir Martin. Lumley, Sir John Trevor, Mr. Crew, Sir Gilbert Pickering, Mr. Edward Stephens, Mr. Tho. Arundell, Mr. Franc. Godolphyn, this Day entered into, and took, the Solemn League and Covenant.
