Prayers.
ORdered, &c. That, on Monday next, in the Afternoon, the House do sit, to take into Consideration the Reports from Goldsmiths-Hall.
Ordered, &c. That Mr. Thorpe, a Member of this House, shall have the Liberty of this House to go into the Country.
A Letter to Mr. Bedford, Scoutmaster-General to the Committee of both Kingdoms, from one Mr. Thomas Threeder, dated Februarii 19 , about One of the Clock in the Afternoon, relating the Success of Sir Thomas Fairfaxe's Army, against the Enemy, at Torrington; with a List of the Prisoners taken at this Defeat; and several other Intelligences, concerning the Condition of the Enemy, were this Day read.
Ordered, &c. That the Committee of the Army do pay unto the Messenger that brought this Letter and Intelligence, the Sum of Twenty Pounds, for his Pains.
According to an Order Yesterday made, the City-Petition, Yesterday presented, was twice read; with the Papers annexed.
Resolved, &c. That this House is of Opinion, and doth declare, That Mr. Allen, though a Member of the Common-Council of the City, did his Duty, in making a Relation of what passed in the Common-Council, upon the Commands of this House.
The Question being put, Whether that the House shall now proceed in the Consideration of this Business;

Resolved, &c. That this House doth declare, That the Relation, entered in the Journal of this House, on Wednesday, Februarii 11 , was not the Relation, as it was made by Mr. Allen, upon the Command of this House.
The Question was propounded, That this House doth declare, That the Narration, made by Mr. Allen, was entered without Order given by this House for the same:
And then the Question being put, Whether this Question shall be now put;
The House was divided.

That the List of the Commanders of the next Summer's Fleet be taken into Consideration on Monday Morning next, the first Business: And that, immediately after That, the Business concerning the Petition, presented to this House from the City, on Friday last, be taken into further Consideration.
Ordered, &c. That the Report concerning Sir Wm. Waller be made on Tuesday next.
Ordered, That the Business concerning Ireland be taken into Consideration on Thursday Morning next.
