PRAYERS.
Declaration of Parliament.
ORDERED, That the Council of State be ordered to prepare the Declaration for Vindication of the Proceedings of the Parliament: And that the same be reported To-morrow Morning, the first Business.
And Mr. Scott is to take care thereof.
Westminster School, &c.
An Act for the Continuance and Maintenance of the School and Alms-houses of Westminster, was this Day read the Third time. And,
Upon the Question, Resolved, &c...... John Bradshawe, Serjeant at Law, Lord President of the Council of State, Daniel Blagrave, Humfrey Edwards, Guilbert Millington, William Leman, Sir John Hippesley Knight, Sir Richard Lucy, John Moore, Thomas Challenor, Richard Salway be inserted into the said Act as Governors of the School and Alms-house of Westminster.
And the said Act, so amended, being put to the Question, passed.
Coinage.
Ordered, That such Proportion of the Silver and Gold of the late King, Queen, and Prince, as is under the Charge of the Trustees for Sale of the Goods of the said late King, Queen, and Prince, be coined as the Council of State shall think fit; the Act for Sale thereof notwithstanding.
Fens.
Ordered, That the Act concerning the Draining of the Fens be forthwith printed and published.
Mr. Weston.
Ordered, That Mr. Weston's Act be reported on Friday Morning next, the first Business.
Letter read.
Mr. Bond reports from the Council of State, a Letter to the Lord Joachimi; and a Pass for him: Which were this Day read; and, upon the Question, assented unto.
