Settling the Government.
THE House, according to former Order Yesterday, resumed the Debate touching the Disposition of the Forces, after the Death of the Lord Protector.
The Question being propounded, That the said standing Forces, after the Death of the present Lord Protector, in the Interval of Parliament, shall be in the Disposition and Ordering of the said Council, for the Ends aforesaid, until a Parliament be assembled; and then the Disposal of the said Forces to be made by the Parliament, as they shall think fit:
Resolved, That the Debate of this Question be adjourned till Monday Morning next.
