A BILL for making certain Rivers in the County of Cornwall navigable, was this Day read the First time.

A Bill for enabling Sir Edward Hungerford to sell certain Lands in the County of Devon, was this Day read the Second time.

Ordered, That the Committee to which the Matter concerning the Highways was referred, do, in particular, take into Consideration the repairing and maintaining the Highways from London to West Chester; and such Expedients as shall be offered for that Purpose: And that Sir Courtney Poole and Sir Nicholas Carew be added to the Committee.

A Bill for confirming and enlarging Letters Patents, granted by his Majesty King Charles the First to the Corporation of Hallifax, was read the First time.
