Prayers.

DAME Mary Frazer did this Day take the Oaths of Allegiance and Supremacy, before Mr. Speaker, at the Clerk's Table, in order to her Naturalization.

Committee of Privileges.

Ordered, That Sir John Holman, Sir John Tyrrell, Mr. Stockdale, Sir John Salisbury, Sir John Robinson, Sir Wm. Lowther, Mr. Daniell, Sir Henry Cæsar, Sir Anthony Cope, Mr. Barnaby, Sir Bainham Throckmorton, Lord Morpeth, Sir Wm. Lewis, Sir Hen. Herbert, be added to the Committee of Elections.

Regulating the Press.

Ordered, That Sir Herbert Price, Mr. Sandys, Mr. Evelyn, Mr. Rigby, Sir John Barrington, Sir Bainham Throckmorton, Sir John Heath, Sir Thom. Clerges, Sir Rich. Temple, Sir Solom. Swale, Mr. Garaway, Sir John Tufton, Colonel Robinson, Mr. Tregonnell, Mr. Whorwood, Sir Thom. Littleton, Sir John Newton, Mr. Onslow, Sir Roger Bradshaigh, Sir Edw. Hales, Colonel Sandys, be added to the Committee to which the Matter concerning Printing was committed.

Bodvell's Estate.

A Bill for setting aside a Will, and settling the Estate, of John Bodvell Esquire, deceased, was read the Second time.

A Petition of Griffith Wyn, alias Bodvell, and Thomas Bodvell, Infants, was read.

Resolved, &c. That the Case of Mr. Robarts, upon the Bill, depending in this House, for setting aside a Will, and settling the Estate, of John Bodvell Esquire, deceased, be heard at the Bar of this House.

Chimney Money.

Sir Edmond Wallpoole reports from the Committee to which it was referred to bring in an Estimate of the yearly Value of the Chimney Money, That the Committee had taken Pains to inform themselves of the true Value of that Revenue: And that it was the Opinion of that Committee, That Two hundred thousand Pounds a Year is a reasonable Estimate for the Chimney Money.

Which being debated;

The House then resolved into a Committee of the whole House, to proceed in the further Consideration of his Majesty's Supply.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Mr. Millward took the Chair of the Committee.

Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

Mr. Millward reports, That the Committee had considered of the Estimate of the annual Revenue of Chimney Money; and humbly moves, That the House would ascertain the Sum to be raised by Sale of Chimney Money.

Resolved, &c. That the House agree with the Committee, to ascertain the Sum to be raised by the Sale of Chimney Money.

Ordered, That the Committee appointed to bring in an Estimate of the Value of the Chimney Money be revived; and do sit this Afternoon: And they are impowered to inquire into any thing they shall find necessary for their further Information.

Ordered, That the Debate of ascertaining the Sum to be raised by the Sale of Chimney Money be adjourned; and taken into Consideration To-morrow Morning.

Kendall's Estate.

Ordered, That the Committee to which the Bill concerning Mr. Kendall ....., be revived; and do sit this Afternoon, in the Place formerly appointed: And that Sir Richard Oateley, Mr. Westphaling, Sir Foulke Lucy, Sir Robert Holt, Mr. Stanhope, Mr. Morrice, Sir Gilbert Gerrard, Colonel Whitley, and Sir Roger Bradshaigh, be added to the Committee.

And then the House adjourned till To-morrow Morning, Eight of the Clock.
