Kendall's Estate.
Colonel Kirkby reports from the Committee to which the Bill for enabling Henry Kendall to sell Lands was committed, That the Committee had perused the Bill, and found no Cause to make any Alteration or Amendment thereto; but had agreed on a Proviso to be added, and made Part of the Bill: Which being twice read; and, upon the Question, agreed;
Resolved, &c. That the Bill, with the Proviso agreed to, be ingrossed.
Bodvile's Estate.
Sir Francis Goodrick reports from the Committee to which the Bill for setting aside a pretended Will, and settling the Estate of John Bodvile Esquire, deceased, was committed, some Amendments, agreed by the Committee to be made to the Bill; and a new Preamble, agreed to be inserted, instead of the former.
And the Amendments being twice read; and, upon the Question, severally agreed; the Preamble, agreed by the Committee to be admitted, was read: And the Preamble, to be inserted instead of the former, was twice read.
The Question being put, To agree with the Committee in inserting the new, and omitting the former Preamble;
It was resolved in the Affirmative.
The Question being put, That the Bill; with the Amendments, and the Preamble agreed to, be ingrossed;
It was resolved in the Affirmative.
Resolved, &c. That the Bill, being ingrossed, be read in a full House on this Day Sevennight.
Importing Cattle, &c.
The Amendments, sent from the Lords, to the Bill against importing Cattle from Ireland, and other Parts beyond the Seas, and Fish taken by Foreigners, were read.
The First Amendment was read the Second time; and, upon the Question, agreed.
The Second Amendment was read the Second time.
The Question being put, To agree with the Lords in the Second Amendment; viz. to insert " Detriment and Mischief," instead of "Nuisance."

Some other Debate arising about the Times by which the Cattle shall be imported, and the Ports at which they shall be brought in, and some other Matters;
Resolved, &c. That the Proviso be committed to the same Committee to which the Bill was heretofore committed: And that the Committee be revived; and do sit on Thursday next, at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon, in the Place formerly appointed: And all the Members of the House who shall come are to have Voices.
Another Clause was tendered to be added to the Proviso; which was twice read.
Resolved, &c. That the said Clause be referred to the same Committee, to take the same into Consideration.
