Kendall's Estate.

ORDERED, That the Bill concerning Mr. Kendall be read, the first Business, To-morrow Morning.

Lord Norris' Estate.

Ordered, That the Report of the Lord Norris his Bill, be heard, the first Report, To-morrow Morning: And that Sir John Birkenhead do attend to make it.

Mildmay's Estate.

Amendments, sent from the Lords, to the Bill for selling Part of the Lands of Henry Mildmay Esquire, deceased; and were twice read; and, upon the Question, severally agreed to.

Ordered, That the Amendments, agreed to, be inserted into the Bill; and the Bill returned to the Lords.

Stanley's Estate.

The Lord Ancram reports from the Committee to which the Bill concerning Sir Charles Stanley was committed, some Amendments agreed by the Committee to be made to the Bill: Which he read, with the Coherence; and after, delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table. And the Amendments being twice read; and, upon the Question, severally agreed;

Resolved, &c. That the Bill, . . . . the Amendments agreed to, be ingrossed.

Bedford Level.

Ordered, That the Report of the Bill touching Bedford Level be heard, next after the Report of the Bill against Atheism and Profaneness is dispatched.

Atheism, &c.

Mr. Pepis reports from the Committee to which the Bill against Atheism and Profaneness was committed, several Amendments agreed by the Committee to be made to the Bill: Which he read, with the Coherence; and after, delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table: And the Amendments, being twice read, were, upon the Question, severally agreed.

Bedford Level.

Mr. Steward reports from the Committee to which the Bill for ascertaining the Taxes to be imposed on Part of the Lands lying in Bedford Level, several Amendments agreed by the Committee to be made to the Bill: Which he read, with the Coherence; and after, delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table.

And the several Amendments being twice read; and, upon the Question, severally agreed to;

A Petition of Mr. Serjeant Fountaine was read, and debated.

Ordered, That the Matter upon the Bill concerning Bedford Level, be heard To-morrow at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon, at the Bar of this House: And that such Members of this House, as also Serjeant Fountaine, or any other Person which are concerned, do attend, with their Counsel, to be heard accordingly.

Loyal Officers.

Ordered, That the Matter touching the indigent loyal Officers be heard To-morrow Morning.

Rebuilding London.

Ordered, That Leave be given to bring in a Bill for rebuilding and maintaining the publick Works of the City of London.
