Prestwich's Estate.

Mr. Goodrick reported several Amendments, from the Committee to whom the Bill for confirming a Sale, made by Sir Thomas Prestwich, and others, of the Manor of Holme, and certain Lands in the Parish of Manchester in the County of Lancaster, unto Sir Edward Moseley Baronet, was committed: Which he read, with the Coherence, in his Place; and after, delivered in the Bill at the Clerk's Table: Which said Amendments being severally twice read;

Resolved, That this House doth agree to the said Amendments; and that the Bill, so amended, be ingrossed.

Committee for Trade.

Ordered, That the Committee for Trade do sit on Monday next: And

Bonelace, &c.

Ordered, That the Bill for Bonelace be referred to the said Committee: And it is especially recommended to That Committee, to give it a speedy Dispatch.

Star Chamber.

Ordered, That the Keeper of the Rooms belonging to the Star Chamber do fit the several Rooms belonging to the Star Chamber, for the several Committees that are appointed there to sit.

Dudson and King's Barton Hundreds.

A Petition from the Hundreds of Dudson and King's Barton, was this Day read.

A Bill for re-uniting the said Two Hundreds of Dudson and King's Barton, to the County of Glocester; and to sever them from the County of the City of Glocester; was this Day read the First time.

Ordered, That this Bill be read the Second time on Tuesday next.

Marq. of Winchester's Claims.

Mr. Goodrick makes Report from the Committee to whom the Marquis of Winchester's Bill was committed, several Amendments, and a Proviso to be added to the End of the said Bill: Which Amendments being severally twice read; and also the Proviso, with this Amendment, after the Word "lent," insert, "or any other just and valuable Consideration;" and being, upon the Question, agreed to;

Resolved, That the same be committed to the same Committee to whom the Bill to prevent the Mischiefs and Dangers that may arise by Quakers, and other Schismaticks, is committed: And they are to meet at the same Time and Place: And to send for Persons, Papers, and Records.

Perjury.

Ordered, That the Bill against Perjury, be read upon Monday next.

Stockbridge Election.

Serjeant Charleton made Report from the Committee of Privileges and Elections, touching the Election for the Borough of Stockbridge in the County of South . . . . Concerning which, the Question was, Whether the Bailiff had well adjourned the Election; and the Opinion of the Committee, That the Bailiff had well adjourned the same; and that Sir Robert Howard and Colonel Phillips were well elected.

Resolved, That this House doth agree with the Committee, That the said Election was well adjourned; and the said Sir Robert Howard and Colonel Phillips were duly elected, and ought to sit in this House, as Burgesses for the said Borough of Stockbridge.

Clithero Copyholders.

A Bill for the Copyholders of the Honour of Clithero, in the County of Lancaster, was this Day read the First time.

Resolved, That the same be read again, the Second time, on Wednesday next.

Rannes Manor.

A Bill for Confirmation of the Estates of several Tenants and Copyholders of the Manor of Rannes, &c. was this Day read the First time.

Ordered, That the same be read again, the Second time, on Wednesday next.

Person to be brought to the Par.

Ordered, That the Warden of the Prison of the Fleete do bring the Lord Mounson, who is now a Prisoner, in his Custody, to the Bar of this House on Monday Morning next, by Nine of the Clock.

Ditto.

Ordered, That the Serjeant at Arms attending this House shall, on Monday next, bring to the Bar of this House Sir Henry Mildmay and Robert Walopp Esquire, Two of his late Majesty's pretended Judges, and now in the Custody of the said Serjeant at Arms; who, by the Act of Indemnity, are, amongst others, reserved to Pains and Penalties: And that, the said Serjeant at Arms, or his Deputy, do forthwith apprehend, and bring in safe Custody, Sir James Harrington, one other of his late Majesty's pretended Judges, to the Bar of this House, on Monday Morning next.

Lindsey Level.

Mr. Speaker, The Lords send you, by us, two Bills; the one intituled, An Act for draining of the Level of the Fens, in the County of Lincolne, extending itself from the River of Gleane and Bourne, to Kine Ea, as well within the Parts of Kestiven, as Holland (the Eight-hundred Fen excepted); and from the said Kine Ea, to the City of Lincolne, and thence Westward to the Banks of Trent, commonly called Lindsey Level;

L. Abergevenny's Estate.

The other, An Act to enable John Lord Abergevenny, Son and Heir to Henry, late Lord Abergevenny, to sell certain Lands, for Payment of his Debts, and Preferment of his Brother and Sisters: To both which, their Lordships desire the Concurrence of this House.

Corporations.

Ordered, That the several Members of this House bring in the Names of the Commissioners to be inserted in the Bill for regulating Corporations, on Monday Morning next: Which are to be taken into Consideration in the First Place.

Uniformity of Worship.

A Bill for the Uniformity of Publick Prayers, and Administration of Sacraments, was this Day read the First time.

Ordered, That the same be read again the Second time, on Wednesday next, the First publick Bill.

Pluralities.

A Bill against Pluralities of Livings, was this Day read the First time.

Resolved, That the same be read again, the Second time, on Wednesday next.

Curates Allowance.

A Bill for Allowance to Curates, was this Day read the First time.

Fines upon Originals, &c.

A Bill for taking away Fines upon Originals, and Damage-clere, was this Day read the First time.

A Bill for bringing in the Revenue, pretended to be settled in Trustees, for Maintenance of Ministers, and other pious Uses, was this Day read the First time.

A Bill for vesting in the King all such Monies, &c. levied and taken in these late Times, and not pardoned, was this Day read the First time.
