MARK Le Pla, James Le Pla, Peter De Cou senior, Peter De Cou junior, John Le Houcque, Daniel Dubo, John De Beauecarne, and David Le Conte, did this Day take the Oaths of Supremacy and Allegiance at the Clerk's Table, in order to their Naturalization.
Common Fields.
An ingrossed Bill for the better Regulating of Common Fields, was this Day read the Third time.
The Question being put, That these Words "and other Commonable Grounds," be added to the Bill in the respective Places, after "Common Fields;"
It was resolved in the Affirmative.
And that Mr. Vaughan, Mr. Stewart, Mr. Bunkley, Serjeant Rainsford, Mr. Yorke, and Sir Francis Goodrick, do see it put in against To-morrow Morning, in the Places where it is proper, after the Words "Common Fields."
Leave of Absence.

Captives at Algiers, &c.
Sir Jervas Hollis delivers a Message from his Majesty,
That he had, upon the Petition of the Captives of Algiers, recommended them to this House, to take their Case into Consideration."

The House then resumed the Debate upon the Two Provisoes, in Parchment, sent from the Lords, to the Bill for the Militia: One, for Ten Pounds, to be paid in lieu of an Horse; and the other, for saving the Right of the Muster Master General's Place.

A Message from the Lords, by Sir Walter Littleton and Sir Nathaniell Hobart;
Mr. Speaker, The Lords desire a present Conference in the Painted Chamber, upon a Message they have received from his Majesty.
And they have returned you Two Bills: One, for the Repair of Bengworth Bridge; and the other, for the Distribution of the Sixty-thousand Pounds amongst the loyal Officers, and assessing Offices for their further Supply; with some Amendments: To which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

Relief of Loyalists.

Message from the King.
Sir Heneage Finch, his Majesty's Solicitor General, reports from the Conference, That the Lords did acquaint them, that they had received a Message from his Majesty, intimating, That he had received News of the Queen's approaching near the English Coast: and of his Majesty's Intent, upon the first Notice of her landing, to set forward to receive her: And therefore desired, that they would lay aside all private Business, and apply themselves wholly to the Publick, that they may be the sooner ready to rise.
Restoring Impropriations.
Ordered, That a Message be sent to the Lords, by Colonel Fretchvile, to desire them to expedite the Bill for restoring Impropriations to the Loyal Party.

Ordered, That the Bill for the better observing the Lord's Day, be read on Friday Morning.
Damage cleere.
Ordered, That the Report of Sir Thomas Meres from the Committee to which the Bill for taking away Damage cleere, was committed, be heard on Friday Morning.
