Prayers.

Burning Corn and Hay Stacks.

AMENDMENTS, sent from the Lords, to the Bill to prevent malicious burning of Houses, Stacks of Corn and Hay, and killing or maiming of Cattle, were twice read; and, upon the Question, severally agreed.

Resolved, &c. That the Amendments be inserted; and that the Amendments be read a Third time.

Measures and Prices of Coals, &c.

A Bill for continuing Two former Acts, viz. An Act for regulating the Measures and Prices of Coals; the other, An Act for to prevent Delays in extending Statutes, Judgments and Recognizances; was read a Second time.

Resolved, &c. That the said Bill be committed to Mr. Coleman, Sir Solomon Swale, Mr. Cheney, Sir Will. Doyley, Sir John Coriton, Sir Edw. Harley, Sir John Birkenhead, Mr. Crouch, Sir Jonath. Trelawny, Sir Anth. Irby, Sir Char. Harbord, Sir Robert Carr, Sir Adam Browne, Col. Birch, Mr. Maynard, Mr. Sprye, Lord Ancram, Sir Fran. Clarke, Sir John Brampston, and all the Gentlemen of the Long Robe; And they are to meet at Two of the Clock this Afternoon, in the Speaker's Chamber: And to send for Persons, Papers, and Records.

Jurors.

Ordered, That the Committees, appointed to draw up Reasons, upon the Bill concerning Jurors, be revived; and do sit this Afternoon at Two of the Clock, in the Place formerly appointed.

Repairing Churches.

Ordered, That the Committee, to which the Bill for Reparation of Churches was committed, be revived; and do sit on Monday next, at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon, in the Place formerly appointed.

Rosse Vicarage.

Sir John Birkenhead reports from the Committee to which the Bill for uniting the Vicarage and Parsonage of Rosse, was committed, some Amendments agreed to be made to the said Bill: Which he read in his Place; and after delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table: And the same being twice read; and, upon the Question, severally agreed;

Resolved, &c. That the said Bill, with the Amendments, be ingrossed.

A Message from the Lords, by Sir William Child and Sir Thom. Estcourt;

Kidderminster Stuffs.

Lord Irwin's Estate.

Mr. Speaker, The Lords have commanded us to acquaint you, that they have agreed to the Bill, sent from this House, for regulating of Kidderminster Stuffs; and to the Bill on the Behalf of the Daughters of Robert Hammond Esquire, deceased; without any Amendment: And have sent you down another Bill, intituled, An Act for impowering the Executors and Trustees of Henry late Lord Ingram, Viscount Irwin in the Kingdom of Scotland, deceased, to sell certain Lands for the Payment of Debts and Legacies: To which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

Derby Election.

A Petition of George Vernon Esquire was read.

Resolved, &c. That the Petition be referred to the Committee of Elections, to examine the Matter of the Petition, and also the whole Matter of Fact, relating to the Election of the Knight to serve for the County of Derby; and certify it, with their Opinions, to the House.

The King appoints to be attended.

Mr. Secretary Trevor acquainted Mr. Speaker, that it was his Majesty's Pleasure, the House should attend him, at Ten of the Clock this Morning, in the Banquetting House at Whitehall:

And accordingly the House adjourned to Eleven of the Clock:

Resolved, &c. That, after Wednesday next, no further Propositions be received, for the raising of his Majesty's Supply.

Ordered, That all Committees be adjourned till Monday, Two of the Clock in the Afternoon; to sit in the Places formerly appointed.
