Prayers.

Children of Popish Recusants.

AN ingrossed Bill, sent from the Lords, intituled, An Act for the effectual Preventing the Sending or Going of the Children of Popish Recusants into Parts beyond the Seas, out of the King's Obedience, was read the Second time.

Resolved, That the Bill be committed to the Committee, to whom the Three Bills against Popery stand already committed.

Trades of Popish Recusants.

An ingrossed Bill, sent from the Lords, intituled, An Act disabling Popish Recusants to exercise certain Professions and Trades; and compelling them to leave the Cities of London and Westminster, was read the Second time.

Resolved, That the Bill be committed to the same Committee to whom the Bills against Popery already stand committed.

Answer concerning Mr. Montagu.

The Lord Cavendish acquaints the House, That his Majesty had been attended this Morning with the Vote of this House relating to the Information of Mr. Montagu: And that his Majesty was pleased to return Answer, That He did intend to communicate to this House the Matter of the Information against Mr. Montagu; and will do it when he thinks it convenient.

Mr. Speaker communicates Letters.

Mr. Speaker acquaints the House, That he had received a Letter from the Lord Treasurer: Which he read to the House; whereby it was intimated, That he had sent Two Letters inclosed, written by Mr. Montagu; which he conceived to be for the Service of the House: Which Letters were by Mr. Speaker read to the House.

And then the House adjourned till To-morrow Morning, Eight of the Clock.
