Managers of Conference.

ORDERED, That the Members that were appointed to prepare and draw up the Reasons, do manage the Conference: And that it be particularly recommended to the Care of Mr. Powle.

Popish Plot.

Sir John Trevor reports from the Committee of Secrecy appointed to examine Mr. Praunce, That the Committee repaired to Newgate, and had taken his Examination: The Particulars whereof he reported to the House; and likewise, the Proceedings that they made thereupon.

Executions for High Treason.

Ordered, That the Recorder for the City of London do attend this House To-morrow Morning at Ten of the Clock, and give the House an Account, Why he does not issue out Warrants for executing the Three Persons that were lately condemned for High Treason.

Bills against Popery.

Ordered, That the Committee to whom the Bills against Popery are committed, be revived; and do sit de die in diem until they have perfected their Report.

Papists resident in the Palaces.

Ordered, That the Queen's Vice-chamberlain, and such Members of this House as are Officers of the Green Cloth, do return a List of the Names of all such Papists, or reputed Papists, as are resident within his Majesty's Palaces of Whitehall, Somerset-house and St. James's; and also of such Papists, or reputed Papists, as do shelter themselves within either of the said Palaces.

Making Member a Sheriff.

Ordered, That the Committee appointed to consider of a proper Way for superseding the Commission for making Sir Roger Bradshaw, a Member of this House, High Sheriff for the County of Lancaster, be revived; and do sit this Afternoon in the Place formerly appointed.

And then the House adjourned till To-morrow Morning, Eight of the Clock.
