Prayers.

Theodore Jacobson, Theodore Bromken, and Balthazar Stayvingh, did this Day take the Oaths of Allegiance and Supremacy before the Speaker, at the Clerk's Table, in order to their Naturalization.

Ordered, That the said Theodore Jacobson, Theodore Bromken, and Balthazar Stayvingh, be inserted into the Bill of Naturalization.

Silkthrowers Trade.

An ingrossed Bill to regulate the Trade of Silkthrowing was read.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill do pass: And the Title shall be, An Act to regulate the Trade of Silk-throwing.

Thefts and Robberies.

An ingrossed Bill to prevent Thefts and Robberies on the Highways was read.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill do pass: And the Title shall be, An Act to prevent Thefts and Robberies on the Highways.

Privilege.

Ordered, That the Matter of Breach of Privilege objected on the Behalf of Sir George Probert, to be committed by Edward Nicholas and others, be referred to the Committee of Privileges; to examine at the next Sitting; and report it, with their Opinions therein, to the House.

Reducing Interest.

Ordered, That the Bill to abate Interest-money be read To-morrow Morning.

Heblethwayte's Estate.

Ordered, That the House do agree to the Amendment, from the Lords, for leaving out a Proviso in the Bill concerning Sir Thomas Heblethwayte.

Ordered, That the Bill be returned: And Sir Charles Harbord is to carry up this, and the other Bills which are ready, to the Lords.

Aulnage Duty.

Ashdown Forest.

Mr. Speaker, The Lords have sent you down Two Bills: The one intituled, An Act for ascertaining the Duties of Subsidy and Aulnage: The other intituled, An Act for the Improvement of the Forest of Ashdowne, and the Park called the Broyle Park: To which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

Supply Bill; Wine Duties, &c.

The House resolved into a Committee of the whole House, to take into further Consideration the Bill concerning his Majesty's Supply.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Mr. Steward took the Chair of the Committee.

Mr. Speaker resumes the Chair.

Mr. Steward reports from the said Committee, that they had made some further Progress in the Bill for his Majesty's Supply.

Preserving Timber in Deane Forest.

Ordered, That Leave be given for bringing in an ingrossed Clause, to be added to the Bill concerning Deane Forest, for preventing the Firing of young Woods there.

Committees.

Ordered, That all Committees which were discontinued, be revived; and do sit this Afternoon, in the Places formerly appointed.
