Prayers.

Theodor Jacobson did this Day take the Oaths of Allegiance and Supremacy, before the Speaker, at the Clerk's Table, in Order to his Naturalization.

Gostwick's Estate.

A Bill for settling the Estate of Sir William Gostwick Knight, was read the First time.

Resolved, That this Bill be read a Second time.

Lyndsey Level.

A Bill for settling the Draining of Lyndsey Level, was read the First time.

Resolved, That the Bill be read a Second time.

Fees in Out-ports.

A Petition of the Merchants, Mariners, and other Traders of the Port of Boston, was read.

Another Petition of the Merchants, Mariners, and Traders of the Port of Spalding, was read.

Resolved, &c. That a Committee be appointed to consider of the Matter of the Petitions; and to receive, and take into Consideration, any other Petitions and Complaints of the like Nature, from any Places or Out Ports, where the Fees are not established and confirmed; and to send Notice and Summons, to the Out Ports to come in and offer what they can at the Committee: Who are to examine the whole Matter, and report it, with their Opinions, to the House.

And it is referred to Sir Robert Carr, Sir Anth. Irby, Sir Solom. Swale, Sir Jo. Knight, Sir Lanc. Lake, Sir Robert Atkins, Mr. Walgrave, Sir Walter Young, Sir Jo. Northcote, Mr. Spry, Sir Wm. Lowther, Mr. Pepis, Sir Jo. Talbott, Sir Jo. Hanmor, Colonel Birch, Sir Thom. Tompkins, Sir Thom. Meres, Colonel Reames, Sir Thom. Allen, Mr. King, Sir Thomas Gower, Sir Gilbert Gerrard, and all the Members that serve for the County of Lincolne, and for the Out Ports: And they are to meet To-morrow at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon, in the Speaker's Chamber: And to send for Persons, Papers, and Records.

Wey Navigation.

Ordered, That the Bill for settling the Navigation of the River of Wey, be read the First Bill on Monday Morning.

Shadwell Church.

Ordered, That these Members following be added to the Committee to which the Bill for making Shadwell a distinct Parish, was committed; viz. Mr. Seymour, Sir Wm. Lowther, Sir Jo. Robinson, Sir Jo. Kyrle, Mr. Noell, Sir Jo. Norton, Mr. Westphaling, Mr. Buscawen.

Davison's Estate.

A Bill for Sale of Lands for Payment of the Debts of Thomas Davison Gentleman, and making Provision for his Family, was read the Second time.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill be committed to Sir Robert Carr, Sir Anth. Irby, Sir Jo. Knight, Mr. Pepys, Sir Nico, Slaning, Sir Herbert Price, Col. Williams, Mr. Barnaby, Sir Thom. Gower, Mr. Chetwin, Mr. King, Sir Solom. Swale, Sir Jo. Talbott, Lord Castleton, Col. Reames, Sir Wm. Lowther, Mr. Westphaling, Sir Thom. Tomkins, Mr. Bartu, Sir Robert Atkins, Mr. Daniell, Sir Jo. Northcote, Sir Wm. Hickman, Col. Birch, Sir Jo. Supply Bill; Wine Duties.

The Bill for the King's Supply, by an Imposition on Wines, was read the First time.

Rebuilding London.

An additional Bill for rebuilding the City of London, was read the Second time.

A Proviso, as to such Persons whose Writings were burnt or lost, was twice read:
