Prayers.

Hamond's Estate.

A BILL for settling the Manor of Willen, with the Appurtenances, and other Lands in the County of Bucks, in Trustees, for the raising Portions, and providing Maintenance, for the Daughters of Robert Hamond, was read the Second time.

Resolved, That the Bill be committed to Sir John Trevor, Mr. Grenvile, Sir Bainham Throgmorton, Sir Will. Lowther, Sir Thomas Hanmer, Mr. Knowles, Mr. Streete, Sir Robert Carr, Mr. Ashley, Mr. Buscawen, Sir Char. Harbord, Sir Cha. Wheeler, Mr. Waller, Sir Fran. Compton, Sir Rich. Temple, Sir Rich. Ingolsby, Sir Fretzvile Holles, Sir Solomon Swale, Colonel Whitley, Sir Will. Lewis, Sir Will. Doyley, Mr. Rigby, Sir Anthony Irby, Sir Will. Ordered, That it be referred to Sir Thomas Allen, Sir John Knight, Mr. Crouch, Sir William Lowther, Sir Anthony Irby, Colonel Reames, Sir John Birkenhead, Sir John Hanmer, or any Two of them, to examine who were the Authors, Printers, and Dispersers, of the seditious Book, delivered near the Door of the House of Commons this Morning.

Ordered, That the Persons, who dispersed the seditious Books at the Door this Morning, be seized, and detained in the Custody of the Serjeant at Arms, in order to their further Examination, and Punishment.

Boston Navigation.

A Bill for improving the Navigation between Boston and the River Trent, was read the Second time.

Resolved, &c. That this Bill be committed to Sir Charles Harbord, Sir Anthony Irby, Sir Robert Carr, Mr. Goreing Doyle, Sir William Lewis, Sir Solomon Swale, Mr. Seymour, Mr. Marvell, Sir John Moreton, Sir Thom. Manufacture for preserving Shipping.

A Bill on the Behalf of Sir Phillip Howard and Francis Watson, for encouraging an English Manufacture for Pre servation of Shipping, was read the Second time.

Temple, Sir Thom. Higgons, Colonel Kirby, Mr. Knolles, Sir John Birkenhead, Sir Thom. Gower, Sir Thom. Littleton, Sir Geo. Downing, Mr. Wrenn, Sir John Knight, Mr. Finch, Mr. Rigby, Sir John Coriton, Sir Thom. Ordered, That Mr. Speaker do issue his Warrant to the Clerk of the Crown, &c. for electing a new Knight to serve for the County of Yorke, instead of Sir John Goodricke.

Sir H. Williams's Estate.

Ordered, That Sir Francis Lawley, Sir Edw. Littleton, Mr. Weld, Sir Robert Holt, Mr. Wrenn, Sir John Hanmer, be added to the Committee to which the Bill concerning Sir Henry Williams was committed.

Privilege.

Ordered, That Sir Richard Cole, Richard Lamerton, and Thom. Coning, be sent for in Custody of the Serjeant at Arms, or his Deputy, for their Breach of Privilege, making a forcible Entry upon the House and Land of Mr. Henry Seymoure, a Member of this House, at Lanracke in Cornwall; and turning his Servants out of Possession.

Supply.

And then the House resolved into a Committee of the whole House, to proceed in the Consideration of his Majesty's Supply.

Mr. Speaker resumes the Chair.

Sir Robert Atkins reports from the Committee of the whole House, that the Committee had made some further Progress in the Consideration of his Majesty's Supply; and humbly moved, from the Committee, that the House would resolve again into a Committee To-morrow Morning Ten of the Clock.

Resolved, &c. That this House doth agree with the Committee, That the House be resolved into a Committee of the whole House To-morrow Morning Ten of the Clock, to proceed in the further Consideration of his Majesty's Supply.

Committees.

Ordered, That all Committees, discontinued, be renewed; and do sit this Afternoon, in the Places formerly appointed.

Importing Corn.

Ordered, That the Committee to whom the Matter of the Importation of Corn is committed, be revived; and do sit To-morrow in the Afternoon, at the Place formerly appointed.

Houghton's Estate.

Ordered, That Sir Winston Churchill, Sir Thom. Dolman, Mr. Bainton, Mr. Seymour, Sir Allen Apsley, Sir Edw. Hungerford, Sir John Earnely, Sir Will. Bassett, Sir Robert Howard, be added to the Committee to whom the Bill on the Behalf of Mr. Houghton is committed.

Williams' Estate.

Ordered, That all the Members that serve for the Counties of Salop and Worcester, be added to the Committee to whom the Bill on the Behalf of the Lady Williams is committed.

Fees in Out-ports.

Ordered, That Sir Rowland Berkley, and Mr. Streete, be added to the Committee for settling the Custom Fees in the Out Ports.
