Outwood Forest Inclosure.

A BILL for inclosing Part of the Common of Outwood, in the County of York, was read the Second time. The Question being put, That the Bill be committed;

Lake, Sir Rowland Berkley, Mr. Weld, Sir Walter Young, Sir Hen. Newton, Col. Gilby, Mr. Vaughan, Mr. Morice, Sir Jo. Heath, Mr. Otway, Mr. Musgrave, Mr. Millward, Sir Jo. Norton, Mr. Ford, Sir Jo. Talbott, Sir Charles Harbord, Col. Williams, Sir Robert Carr, Sir Richard Oatley, Sir Thom. Allen, Mr. Lucy, Mr. Hoby, Mr. Rigby, Sir Francis Clarke, and all the Members that serve for the County of York: And they are to meet on Saturday next at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon, in the Speaker's Chamber: And to send for Persons, Papers, and Records.

Deane Forest.

Ordered, That the Report of the Bill concerning the Forest of Deane be made To-morrow Morning.

Hearth Money Tax.

The additional Bill for Explanation of the former Acts, and better collecting the Duty of Hearth Money, was read; and some Amendments agreed, and made at the Table.

A Proviso for levying Distresses was thrice read; and, upon the Question, agreed to be added to the Bill.

Another Proviso was thrice read; and, upon the Question, agreed to.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill, with the Amendments agreed to, do pass; and the Title shall be, An Act for Explanation of the former Acts, and better collecting the Duty of Hearth Money: And Mr. Crouch is to carry up the Bill to the Lords.

Stonehouse's Petition.

Resolved, &c. That the Order made for hearing the Cause upon the Petition of John, Dorothy, and Mary Stonehouse, To-morrow in the Afternoon, do stand.

Supply Bill; Wine Duties, &c.

The House resolved into a Committee of the whole House, upon the Bill for raising a Hundred thousand Pounds at least upon Wines and Brandy, towards his Majesty's Supply.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Mr. Steward took the Chair of the Committee.

Mr. Speaker resumes the Chair.

Mr. Steward reports from the said Committee, That, in pursuance of the Instruction given to the Committee, to consider how to raise the whole Three hundred thousand Pounds upon Wine, the Committee came to these Resolutions; viz.

That for the raising the whole Sum of Three hundred thousand Pounds, with Interest, for the Advancement thereof, the Imposition to be imposed on Wines and Brandy be continued for Two Years; unless the same shall be sooner raised: And, if the said Sum of Three hundred thousand Pounds, with Interest, shall not be so raised within that Time; then to be supplied by an Imposition on Wines and Brandy at the Custom House, not exceeding Four Pounds per Ton; Provided that the said Imposition shall not exceed One Year.

That the Commissioners to be appointed for the raising the Imposition upon Wine and Brandy, charged by this Bill, shall from time to time be accountable to the present Commissioners for taking the publick Accounts.

Resolved, &c.
