Godstow I no. 466, see app. 10), and with Nicholas can. and sacerdos who was commem. 15 March (obit. I 155). Perhaps to be identified with Nicholas de Hamtona can., who occ. mid 1150s (R.A.L. II nos. 310 and 346, see app. 15).

M. Henry of Chichester

Chanc. some time after Sept. 1264 to some time between Apr. 1270 and June 1275 (list 4). Occ. as chanc., having recently held this preb., 12 Aug. 1268 (Reg. Giffard p. 85). Presum. transf. to preb. Nassington by 12 Aug. 1268 (list 53).
