IX (Heyworth) f. 5b). Bullock appears to have attempted to claim preb. c. 1422 because royal mand. 25 June that Schiryngton to be adm. K. stated s.d. that he had recovered right of pres. against Bullock and Capron (ibid. f. 9b). Schiryngton succeeded in gaining possession, res. before 6 June 1442 (ibid. f. 41).
