The under-mentioned manor, lands etc. came to the king’s hands by reason of the said Edward’s insanity and the custody thereof was committed to Edward Hoo and Drew Saukevyll by the king’s letters patent.
Richard de Pouns, being seised of the under-mentioned lands etc. in Pyryton and Hycchen, gave them by his charter to John Legat the younger, father of the said Edward, and Margery his wife and the heirs of their bodies, with remainder to Parnel and Christina, daughters of Thomas Aylmar, who are still living, and Agnes their sister, now deceased without heir of her body.
Pyryton and Hycchen. A toft, 117a. land, 3a. meadow and 16s. rent, held of Edmund duke of York, John de Oddyngseles, John de Clynton and Gerard Braybrook, knights, severally, services unknown.
