Rental for 1404

109. [f. 1] Rental of occupied and vacant tenements belonging to the Bridge in divers parishes in London and Southwark as found at Michaelmas 1404, the last day of the 5th year of the reign of King Henry IV, by William Sevenok and John Whatele appointed Wardens of the said Bridge from that date

110. St Magnus. In the parish of St Magnus London is one house divided in length, half of which belongs to the Bridge and is occupied as appears viz:
Of <Katharine wife of the late> Roger Crouche for one shop of the said house yearly 26s. 8d.
Of (Mazera Acton) <Adam Broun> for the solar beyond the said shop yearly 10s.

111. St Leonard. In the parish of St Leonard Eastcheap are 2 shops with solars built over, of which the wardens of the said church are now tenants.
Of the same wardens for the aforesaid shops and solar yearly £4.

112. St Benedict [lost]. In the parish of St Benet Gracechurch is one tenement called le Horn on the hoop.
