Comes de Wigorn. cum aliis Dominis, descenderunt in Domum Communem, ubi Dominus Cancellarius declaravit causas Congregationis Parliamenti, et precipue tractavit de Summis Pecuniarum Sacre Regie Majestati concessis in precedente Parliamento, et nondum plene solutis, qualiter solverentur, et de ipsis Summis levandis, non ab egenis et pauperibus, sed a divitibus et solvere volentibus; addidit etiam qualiter per multas occasiones Scoti subditis Domini Regis injurias et damna quotidie per Mare et Terram intulerunt, quibus injurlis Regia Majestas provocata, lacessita, et invitata, Bellum contra eosdem Scotos movere decreverat; quibus omnibus consideratis, idem Dominus Cancellarius hortabatur Communes Regni ut expensas et sumptus maximas Domini Regis dilegenter considerarent.
