Item 1a vice lecta est Billa, for the avoiding of Fraudulent Deeds and Gifts, &c.

Receivers, &c.

Item 1a vice lecta est Billa, That all such Lands, Goods, Chattels, &c. that any Receiver, Teller, Collector, &c. shall have at their entering into their Charge, shall be liable to the Payment of their Debts owing to the Queen's Majesty.
