HODIE 3a vice lecta est Billa, for the punishing of such as shall rebelliously take or detain from the Queen's Majesty any Castle, Tower, Fortress, Ships, or other Munition of War, que conclusa est.

Item 3a vice lecta est Billa, against such as shall conspire or practise the Enlargement of any Prisoner committed for High Treason, que conclusa est.
