Memorandum, That the Bill for the Increase of Tillage, and Maintenance of the Navy, was committed to the Earl of Worcetre, the Viscounts Hereforde and Mountague, the Bishops of St. David's, Worcetre, and Chichestr. and the Lords Burleighe, Lumley, St. John, and Hunsdon.
