Dover Harbour Bill.

The Earl of Bollingbrooke reported from the Committee, the Bill for repairing of Dover Harbour, as fit to pass, with some few Amendments; which, being read Twice, were Agreed to.

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for repairing of Dover Harbour."

The Question being put, "Whether this Bill shall pass, with these Amendments ?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Message to H. C. with Bills.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir Justinian Lewin and Sir Toby Woolridge:

To deliver them the Bill against importing of Woolcards, and the Bill concerning the Repair of Dover Harbour; wherein their Lordships have made some Amendments in both Bills, and desire the Concurrence of the House of Commons therein.

Also to deliver to them the Bill concerning the Protestants of Piedmont, and desire their Concurrence therein.

Militia Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for ordering the Forces in the several Counties of this Kingdom."

ORDERED, That this Bill is committed to the Committee of the whole House.

And accordingly the House was presently adjourned during Pleasure, to debate this Bill.

Message from H. C. with a Bill.

A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Mr. Clifford and others; who brought up a Bill, intituled, "An Act for preventing Frauds, and regulating Abuses, in His Majesty's Customs."

ORDERED, That the Lord Newport is added to the Committee for the Bill of Uniformity; and the Earl of Portland is added to the Committee for Prize Goods.

Committees adjourned.

ORDERED, That all those Committees which were appointed to meet this Afternoon are adjourned, to fit To-morrow in the Afternoon.
