It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Ingoldsby Manor, Armyn's Bill.

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for the Sale of the Manor of Ingoldsby, and divers Lands in Ingoldsby, in the County of Lyncolne, for raising Portions for Two Daughters and Coheirs of Sir William Armyn the Younger, Baronet, deceased."

And the Question being put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Message to H. C. with it; and that the Lords have passed Sir J. Packington's Bill.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir Thomas Bennett and Sir William Childe:

To deliver them the Bill for the Sale of the Manor of Ingoldsby, and to desire their Concurrence therein.

Also to let them know, that this House hath passed the Bill for vacating certain Conveyances made by Sir John Pakington Baronet to Christopher Henne and others.

L. Hereford versus Sorrell, Harrison, & al. for putting Aldus, his Chaplain, out of Possession of St. Peter's, Ipswich.

Upon Complaint made to this House, "That Mr. John Aldus, a Chaplain in Ordinary to the Lord Viscount Hereford, a Peer of this Realm, is in a violent Manner put out of the Possession of the Church of St. Peters, in Ipsich, in the County of Suffolk, contrary to the Privilege of Parliament, by the outrageous Carriage of Andrew Sorrell Esquire, William Harrison, Peter Cole, Joseph Hubbard, John Dyer, Thomas Goodwin, and Edward Bartle:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That it is hereby referred to the Committee of Privileges, to state the Case in Matter of Fact, and to make Report thereof to this House.

River Wye Bill.

The Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, hearing this Day the Counsel of all Parties concerned in the Bill for the keeping, conserving, ordering, governing, and maintaining, of the River of Wye navigable, from Guildford, in the County of Surrey, to the River of Thames, and so to London:

And, upon mature Consideration thereof,

The Question being put, "Whether this Bill shall be committed?"

It was Resolved in the Negative.
