Marquis of Worcester's Bill.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act on the Behalf of Edward Marquis and Earl of Worcester, and of the Creditors of the said Marquis, for vesting and settling upon Feoffees, in Trust, certain Manors, Lands, and Tenements, for Payment of the Debts of the said Marquis."

Dr. Peyton's Bill.

The Earl of Portland reported from the Committee, the Bill to enable Doctor Peyton to sell Lands, for Payment of Debts; wherein the Committee have thought fit to offer to the Consideration of the House some Additions and Amendments: Which, being read Twice, were Agreed to.

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act to enable Doctor Algernon Peyton to make Sale of Part of his Lands, for Payment of Debts."

The Question being put, "Whether this Bill, with the Amendments, shall pass ?" It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Order concerning Writs of Error.

ORDERED, That a Draught of an Order shall be prepared, and brought in to this House To-morrow Morning, to prevent the Delay in Proceeding upon Writs of Errors brought into this House.
