ORDERED, That the Committee for the Earl of Winchilsea's Bill, being now sine Die, do meet on Monday Morning next, at Eight of the Clock.

Deerham's Bill.

The Earl of Bollingbrooke reported the Bill concerning Thomas Deerham Esquire, as sit to pass, with a small Amendment; which, being read Twice, was Agreed to.

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for confirming a Decree made on the Behalf of Thomas Deerham Esquire, and the Improvements, Exchanges and Allotments, therein mentioned."

The Question being put, "Whether this Bill shall pass ?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Norwich Stuffs Bill.

ORDERED, That the Committee for the Bill concerning regulating the making of Norwich Stuffs do meet on Tuesday next, in the Afternoon.

Bill to discharge poor Prisoners, and for Relief of Creditors.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for discharging from Imprisonment poor Prisoners unable to pay their Debts; and for Relief of Creditors."

Bill for Uniformity of Worship.

Next, the House resumed the Debate as was Yesterday, upon Report of the Bill concerning Uniformity of Worship.

The Point now in Consideration was, the Clause of Ministers declaring against the Covenant.

And, after a long Debate, the Question was put, "Whether this Clause, videlicet, ["I do declare that I hold that there is no Obligation upon me, or any other Person, from the Oath commonly called the solemn League and Covenant"] shall stand in the Bill, as it is brought in by the Committee ?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

ORDERED, That this Bill shall be taken into further Debate on Monday Morning next.

Committees adjourned.

ORDERED, That such Committees as should have met this Afternoon are adjourned until Monday next, in the Afternoon.

Dr Levett to have his Liberty, to attend his Cause in this House.

ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That Doctor John Levett, now in the Custody of Thomas Osborne, a Serjeant belonging to The Compter of Woodstreat in London, and having a Petition depending at this Time before the Lords Committees for Petitions, shall (by virtue of this Order) have free Liberty, with his Keeper, to go to his Counsel, as he shall have Cause, and to go forth and back unto the said Lords Committees, without any Restraint or Interruption, during all the Time that his Cause shall depend before their Lordships: And this shall be a sufficient Warrant unto the said Thomas Osborne and others, in that Behalf; and hereof all Persons are to take Notice, upon Sight of this Order, who are to yield Obedience thereunto, as the contrary will be answered to this House.

Duncomb versus Carter, in Error.

ORDERED, That the Cause between Duncomb Plaintiff and Carter Defendant, upon a Writ of Error depending in this House, shall be argued, at this Bar, by Counsel on both Sides, on Friday next, the 11th of this Instant April, at Nine of the Clock in the Morning; whereof the Defendant, or his Attorney in this Cause, are to have timely Notice, by the Plaintiff or his Attorney; and then both Parties are to come prepared with their Counsel; which if the said Defendant shall omit to do, being served as aforesaid, then this House will proceed in Judgement, according to Course; any former Proceeding in this Cause notwithstanding.
