A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir Justinian Lewin and Sir Thomas Bird:
1. To return to them the Bill concerning Mr. Deerham, and to desire their Concurrence in the Alteration.
2. To deliver them these Bills following, and desire Concurrence therein:
1. The Bill to naturalize Charlotte Hessen, Wife to Thomas Killegrewe Esquire.
2. The Bill for confirming of Two Acts, therein mentioned.

Next, the House took into Consideration the Paper brought in Yesterday, for an Explanation of the Clause in the Act of Uniformity concerning the Declaring against the Covenant; and, after a long Debate, it is ORDERED, That this Paper be laid aside.
Proviso for the Clergy that will be deprived by this Act.
ORDERED, That these Lords following are appointed to consider and draw up a Clause, or Proviso, whereby it may be left to the King to make such Provision for those of the Clergy as His Majesty shall think fit, who shall be deprived of their Livings by the Act of Uniformity; and afterwards to make Report thereof to this House:

Harding versus Pight, in Error.
ORDERED, That the Cause between Harding Plaintiff and Pight Defendant, upon a Writ of Error, shall be argued, at this Bar, on Friday the Eleventh of this Instant April, at Nine of the Clock in the Morning; whereof the Plaintiff or his Attorney are to have timely Notice by the Defendant or his Attorney; and then both Parties are to attend, with their Counsel, accordingly.
