This Day George Cooke, Danyell Higgeson, John Kempe, John Kendall, and Hugh Whight, who were formerly accused and sent for as Delinquents, for arresting of Thomas Chamberlin, a menial Servant of the Lord Holles, were brought to the Bar, as Delinquents.

And the Information declaring their Offences being read to them, they were asked, "What they could say for themselves?" The said George Cooke confessed, That he took Bonds of the said Chamberlain, but hath returned them." And Danyell Higgenson confessed, He arrested him without any Writ, but had one afterwards."
