Seamen and Navy Stores Bill.

The Lord Privy Seal reported, "That the Committee appointed to consider of the Bill for the better regulating and governing the Seamen and others, and to preserve the Stores belonging to His Majesty's Navy Royal, have, upon Consideration of the same, made some Alterations therein;" which Alterations, being read Twice, were Agreed to.

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for preventing the Disturbance of Seamen and others, and to preserve the Stores belonging to His Majesty's Navy Royal."

And the Question being put, "Whether this Bill, with the Amendments now read, shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Message to H. C. with it.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir Na'haniell Hobart and Sir Moundeford Brampston:

To let them know, that this House hath passed the Bill sent from them, for preventing the Disturbance of Seamen and others, and to preserve the Stores belonging to His Majesty's Navy Royal; wherein the Lords have made some Alterations, and desire their Concurrence therein.

Sir J. Packington's Bill:

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for vacating certain Conveyances, made by Sir John Packington Baronet, to Christopher Henne and others."

Aylesbury Inhabitants Petition concerning it.

Then a Petition was presented to this House, from Thomas Boughton and William Baker, on the Behalf of themselves and the Inhabitants of the Town of Aylsbury, concerning the Matters contained in the said Bill; and was read, and thereupon this ensuing Order was made:

"Upon the Second Reading of a Bill, intituled, An Act for vacating certain Conveyances made by Sir John Packington Baronet, to Christopher Henne and others;" and also upon reading of a Petition of Thomas Boughton and William Baker, on the Behalf of themselves and the Inhabitants of the Town of Aylsbury, in the County of Bucks, relating thereunto: It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That all the Parties concerned touching the Matter of the said Bill and Petition are to be heard, at this Bar, by their Counsel and Witnesses, on Tuesday the 26th of this Instant April, at Ten of the Clock in the Morning; who are to come then prepared for the said Hearing accordingly."
