Sir R. Carr's Bill.
The Lord Privy Seal reported, "That the Committee appointed to consider of the Bill for settling the Estate of Sir Robert Carr Baronet have heard all Parties therein concerned; and have made some Alterations therein, and have added some Provisos, which are offered to the Consideration of this House."
The which Alterations and Provisos, being read Twice, were Agreed to.
Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for settling the Estate of Sir Robert Carr Baronet."
The Question being put, "Whether this Bill, with the Amendments and Provisos now read, shall pass?"
It was Resolved in the Affirmative.
Message to H. C. with it.
A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir William Childe and Sir Justinian Lewyn:
To return them the Bill concerning the settling of the Estate of Sir Robert Carr Baronet; wherein this House hath made some Alterations, and added certain Provisos, whereunto the Lords desire their Concurrence.
Yarmouth Bill.
Also to let the House of Commons know, that the Lords have passed the Bill for settling the Differences between the Towns of Great and Little Yarmouth.
Rivers navigable Bill.
Next, the Amendments brought from the House of Commons in the Bill concerning making divers Rivers navigable, or otherwise passable, for Boats, Barges, and other Vessels, were read Twice.
And the Question being put, "Whether to agree to these Amendments brought from the House of Commons?"
It was Resolved in the Affirmative.
Bp. of Winton and Rector of Bishops Waltham Bill.
Then the Amendments brought from the House of Commons, made in the Bill to enable the Bishop of Winton to convey One Hundred Acres of Land, lying in the Great Disparked Park of Bishops Waltham, upon the Rector of the said Parish Church of Bishops Waltham, were read Twice, and Agreed to.
L. Strangford's Bill.
Afterwards the Amendments made by the House of Commons in the Bill concerning the Lord Strangford were read Twice, and Agreed to.
Bill to repeal Part of an Act concerning Prize Goods.
The Lord Cornwallis reported, "That the Committee have considered of the Act for repealing Part of that Act concerning bringing Persons to Accompt for Prize Goods, which concerns Seamen and Mariners, and have thought fit to make a small Alteration therein;" which, being read Twice, was Agreed to, and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Alteration.
E. of Mulgrave and Sir H. Cholmley's Bill.
The Lord Ashley reported, "That the Committee have considered of the Bill to enable the Earl of Mulgrave and Sir Hugh Cholmeley to make Leases to the King, and have made some Alterations therein;" which, being read Twice, were Agreed to, and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.
Comes & al. Nat. Bill.
The Earl of Bridgwater reported, "That the Committee have considered of the Bill for naturalizing Dederic alias Richard Comes, and others; and do think it fit to pass, with some Amendments and Additions, which are offered to the Consideration of this House."
The said Amendments and Additions, being read Twice, were Agreed to.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir William Childe and Sir Moundeford Brampston:
To return them the Bill concerning Naturalization of Dederic alias Richard Comes, and others; wherein the Lords have made some Alterations and Additions, and desire the Concurrence of the House of Commons thereunto.
1. To let them know, That this House agrees to the Alterations and Provisos made by them in these Bills following:
1. In the Bill for making divers Rivers navigable.
2. In the Bill to enable the Bishop of Winton to convey One Hundred Acres of Land, in the Great Disparked Park of Bishops Waltham, upon the Rector of the Parish Church of Bishops Waltham.
3. In the Bill to enable Trustees for the Lord Strangford to sell Lands, for Payment of Debts.
