Prizing Wines Bill.

The Archbishop of Cant. Lord Privy Seal, and Dux of Albemarle, are added to the Committees for the Prices of Wines; who are to meet on Thursday next, in the Afternoon.

The Lord Privy Seal, Earl of Bolingbrooke, Earl of Petriburgh, and the Lord Newport, are added to the Committee for Inspection into the Proceedings of the Courts of Justice.

Absent Lords excused.

The Marquis of Dorchester is excused for his Absence, he being not well, having sent his Proxy.

The Lord Leigh of Stonely is excused for his Absence, having sent his Proxy.

The Earl of North'ton, the Lord Windsor, the Lord Chandos, and the Lord Grey, are added to the Committee for Privileges.

The Earl of Northumb. Earl of Devon, the Lord Colepeper, and the Lord Butler, are added to the Committee of Privileges.

E. of Mulgrave, Writ of Summons under Age.

The House being made acquainted, "That His Majesty hath been pleased to issue out a Writ of Summons to the Earl of Mulgrave to this Session of Parliament, he being under Age;" the said Writ was read.

Whereupon it was moved, "That this House would humbly beseech His Majesty, that He would be pleased to be sparing of Writs of this Nature for the future."

And it was ordered to be referred to the Committee for Privileges, to consider of this Business, and to report to the House.
