The Lord Viscount Hallifax is added to the Committee for Petitions, and the Committee for the Bill concerning Leather; to which Committee the Lord Cornwallis is likewise added.
Morley and Grenvile versus Elwes.
The House took into Consideration what Judgement to give, in the Cause heard by Counsel at this Bar, between Cutbert Morley and Bernard Greenvile Plaintiffs, and Jeremy and Henry Elwaies Defendants.
And, after some Debate thereof, it is ORDERED, That upon Monday Morning next, the 24th Day of this Instant February, this House will proceed further in the Consideration of this Business; at which Time the Decree made in Chancery, complained of, shall be brought into this House, for their Lordships further Information in the said Cause.
