ORDERED, That One of the Judges now in Town is hereby appointed to assist the Lords Committees for Petitions, To-morrow in the Afternoon, at Three of the Clock, in the Painted Chamber, upon the Case between Francis Downes and Henry Hungate.
Norden versus Hawles.
The Petition of John Norden, by Way of Appeal from a Decree in Chancery, was read.
And it is ORDERED, That this Petition shall be taken into Consideration To-morrow Morning.
