Burrell versus Ellis.

ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Cause upon the Petition of Rebecca Burrell, Relict of Redman Burrell Esquire, deceased, and the Answer of William Ellis Esquire Serjeant at Law thereunto, which should have been heard at the Bar To-morrow Morning, shall be heard, by Counsel on both Parts, at the Bar of this House, on Thursday the Second Day of March next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Harrison, Count. of Northumb's Servant's Arrest.

ORDERED, That John Withybed, and others that were summoned to appear at this Bar this Day, for arresting John Harrison, Servant to the Countess of Northumberland, shall attend this House To-morrow Morning, to be heard what Defence they can make.

Yelverton's Bill.

The Committee for the Bill concerning Mr. Nevill Yelverton is to meet To-morrow, at Three of the Clock in the Afternoon.

Subsidy Bill.

The House was adjourned into a Committee, to take into Consideration the Bill for granting a Subsidy to His Majesty, for Supply of His extraordinary Occasions.

The House was resumed.

And it is ORDERED, That this House will proceed further in this Bill of Subsidy To-morrow Morning.

Cusacke and Hussey versus Usher, in Error.

ORDERED, That the Errors assigned by John Cusacke and Robert Hussey, Plaintiffs in a Writ of Error depending in the House, and William Usher Defendant, shall be argued, by Counsel on both Parts, at the Bar of this House, on Wednesday the First Day of March next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; whereof the said Defendant or his Attorney is to give timely Notice to the said Plaintiffs or their Attorney in the said Cause.
