The Lord Privy Seal sat Speaker this Day, in the Absence of the Lord Keeper, being not well.
Message from H. C. with a Bill, and to return Sir W. Juxon's.
A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Mr. Steward and others; which consisted of these Particulars:
1. An additional Act for the better rebuilding of the City of London, to which they desire their Lordships Concurrence.
2. To return the Bill for settling the Estate of Sir William Juxon; to which the House of Commons have agreed, without any Amendments.
The Lord Arlington signified, "That His Majesty recommends to this House the Bill for the better rebuilding of the City of London, that so it may receive the Royal Assent with other Bills before the Adjournment."

ORDERED, That the Bill for the better rebuilding the City of London shall be read this Afternoon, at Four of the Clock, being recommended by His Majesty; but no other Business to intervene the great Business depending in this House concerning the vindicating the Privileges of the House of Peers.
