PRAYERS.

D. of Richmond quieted in the Possession of his Lands in Sutton Marsh.

Whereas, upon the Hearing of the Cause upon the Complaint of the Duke of Richmond, of a Breach of Privilege of Parliament, it did appear by Proof, that the said Duke of Richmond was in actual Possession of certain Lands, Parcel of Sutton Marshe, in Question, and received the Rents thereof, during this Session of Parliament:

It is thereupon ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That, notwithstanding any Attournment of Tenants to any other Person or Persons, or any Act done or to be done, the said Duke is, and ought, to continue in the actual Possession of the said Lands, by Privilege of Parliament; and accordingly his Lordship is hereby quieted in the said Possession thereof: And the Sheriff of the County where the Land lies is hereby required and enjoined to deliver the said Possession, if interrupted by any Person or Persons, and from Time to Time to quiet the said Duke in the same, during this Session and the Privilege of Parliament.
