Upon reading the humble Petition of William Holdsworth, Son-in-Law and Administrator (with the Will annexed) of the Goods and Estate of John Wood deceased, with a Petition annexed, being an Appeal from a Dismission of the Bill of the said John Wood out of the Court of Chancery, in the 22th Year of the Reign of His late Majesty King Charles the First, concerning some Estate late of John Lamot deceased:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Petitioner shall cause a Copy of the said Petitions, signed by the Clerk of the Parliaments, to be delivered to Dame Hester Honywood, of Markshall in Essex, sole Daughter and Heir of the said John Lamot, and now in the Possession of the said Estate (as in the said Petition is alledged), who is hereby required to put in her Answer to the said Petitions of Appeal in Writing, at the Bar of this House, within Ten Days after she shall be served with this Order, and the said Copy of the Petitions.
