ORDERED, That the Consideration of this Bill be committed to these Lords following:
Their Lordships, or any Five; to meet on Friday Morning next, at Nine of the Clock, in the Prince's Lodgings.
New Buildings in London, to prohibit, Bill.

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for transferring the Interest of a Term for Years, in certain Manors and Lands, late Sir Robert Berkeley's Knight, deceased; and Payment of Portions to his Grandchildren."

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir William Childe and Sir Tymothy Baldwin Knights:
To deliver to them the Bill concerning Sir Robert Berkeley's Estate, and to desire their Concurrence thereunto.
Committee to prepare a Bill of Advice to the King.
Lords Committees appointed to prepare Heads for a Bill of Advice to be presented to His Majesty, in Pursuance of the Vote of this House Yesterday; and to consider of the Three Papers delivered to this House on the First of March Instant, and His Majesty's Declaration therein mentioned, in order to prepare the said Heads.
Their Lordships, or any Seven; to meet To-morrow Morning, at Nine of the Clock, in the Prince's Lodgings; and have Power to adjourn from Time to Time, as their Lordships shall think fit.
Committee of Privileges to consider of the Addresses of H. C. to the King, and His Answer.
ORDERED, That it is referred to the Committee for Privileges, to consider of the Paper of Address from the House of Commons, and His Majesty's Answer thereupon, and the Reply of the House of Commons, in the Point of Privilege; and report to this House their Opinion thereupon.
Their Lordships are to meet To-morrow in the Afternoon, at Four of the Clock; and have Power to adjourn from Time to Time, as they shall think fit.

Holdsworth versus Ly. Honywood.
ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Cause between William Holdsworth Plaintiff, by Petition, and Dame Hester Honywood Defendant, which was appointed to be heard at the Bar of this House To-morrow Morning, is hereby put off, to be heard, by Counsel on both Parts, at the Bar, on Wednesday the Twelfth Day of this Instant March, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; whereof both the Plaintiff and Defendant in the said Cause are to take Notice.
