Dr. Salmon versus the Hamb. Company.

Upon reading and considering of the Petition of Peter Salmon Doctor in Physic, setting forth the Proceedings of the Court of Chancery, pursuant to an Order and Judgement of this House, made the Twentieth Day of January, 1670, in a Cause between the said Peter Salmon Plaintiff, and the Corporation of the Merchant Adventurers of England, commonly called the Hambrough Company, Rowland Wynne, John Dogget, and others, Defendants; and praying, "That an Order made in the Court of Chancery in the said Cause, on the Tenth Day of July last, may be confirmed, and an Order of the said Court made in the said Cause on the Ninth Day of December last, may be set aside:"

It is thereupon ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in the Parliament assembled, That this House will hear Counsel, at the Bar, upon the Matters contained in the said Petition, on Wednesday the Nineteenth Day of this Instant March, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; whereof timely Notice is to be given by the Petitioner to their Clerk in Chancery employed for the said Company and other Defendants in the said Cause.
