Hallet versus Kendall.
ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Petition and Appeal of Mary Hallet Widow, Prisoner in The Fleete, the Relict of John Hallet Esquire deceased, and of Johanna their Daughter, an Insant of the Age of Twelve Years, One of the Coheirs of the said Hallet, this Day presented to this House, be, and is hereby, referred to the Lords Committees appointed to receive and consider of Petitions; whose Lordships are to report to the House what they think fit to be done thereupon.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for Sale of Part of the Lands of Sir Francis Rhodes Baronet, for Payment of Debts."
Bill for composing Differences in Religion.
Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for composing Differences in Religion, and inviting sober and peaceably-minded Dissenters into the Service of the Church."
The Question being put, "Whether this Bill shall be committed?"
It was Resolved in the Affirmative.
ORDERED, That the Consideration of this Bill is referred to the Committee of the whole House, to be proceeded in on Wednesday the 25th Day of this Instant February.
ORDERED, That all the Judges now in Town do attend this House this Afternoon, at Five of the Clock.
Goston versus Sedgwick, in Error.
Whereas there is a Writ of Error depending in this House, wherein Thomas Goston is Plaintiff against Thomas Seidgwick Defendant, whereon Errors are assigned and Issue joined; this House being moved on the Behalf of the said Defendant, "That a Day may be appointed for hearing the said Errors argued:"
It is thereupon ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Errors argued, by Counsel on both Sides, at the Bar, on Wednesday the 25th Day of this Instant February, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; whereof the said Defendant is to cause timely Notice to be given to the said Plaintiff, or his Attorney in the said Cause, to the End he may be prepared at the Time aforesaid.
