New Buildings near London, for restraining, Bill.

ORDERED, That the Committee for the Bill concerning new Buildings be revived; and are to meet on Thursday next in the Afternoon, at Three of the Clock.

Atkinson versus Purcas, in Error.

Upon reading the Petition of Benjamine Purcas, Defendant in a Writ of Error depending in this House, wherein Peter Atkinson is Plaintiff, upon which Errors are assigned, and Issue joined; praying, "That a Day may be appointed, to hear the said Errors argued:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear Counsel, at the Bar, on both Parts, to argue the said Errors, on Monday the 18th Day of this Instant February, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; whereof the said Benjamin Purcas is to cause timely Notice to be given to the said Peter Atkinson, or his Attorney in the said Cause.

Moore versus Shalcross, in Error.

Upon reading the Petition of Richard Shalcross, Defendant in a Writ of Error depending in this House, wherein Richard Moore is Plaintiff, upon which Errors are assigned, and Issue joined; praying, "That a Day may be appointed, to hear the said Errors argued:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear Counsel, at the Bar, on both Parts, to argue the said Errors, on Monday the 18th Day of this Instant February, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; whereof the said Richard Shalcross is to cause timely Notice to be given to the said Richard Moore, or his Attorney in the said Cause.

Barret versus L. Loftus.

This Day the Cause depending in this House between Dacre Barret Plaintiff, and the Lord Viscount Loftus of the Kingdom of Ireland, was fully heard, by Counsel on both Parts, at this Bar.

It being moved, "That this House might give a Judgement in the Cause presently;" and other Lords desiring another Day may be appointed for that Purpose, and the House now adjourned:

The Question being put, "Whether to adjourn the House?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

ORDERED, That the Consideration of this Business is appointed to be on Thursday Morning next, the First Business.

House to be called.

Whereas, by Order of the Fourth Instant, this House was appointed to be called To-morrow:

It is ORDERED, That the House be called on Saturday the Sixteenth of this Instant February, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Adjourn.
