It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House; on Tuesday next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Weston versus Marshfeild.

The House being this Day moved, on the Behalf of Francis Weston, "That a Day may be appointed for hearing the Cause wherein Thomas Marshfeild is Appellant, and Fran. Weston Respondent:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel on both Sides, at the Bar, on Monday the 15th Day of this Instant December, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Allen & al. versus Clerke & al.

The House being moved, "That a Day may be appointed for hearing the Cause wherein John Allen and his Wife are Plaintiffs, and Jonas Clerke and others are Respondents:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel on both Sides, at the Bar, on Tuesday the 16th Day of this Instant December, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Vacating Written Protections.

The House being moved, "That the Committee appointed to draw an Order for vacating of Written Protections may be revived:"

It is ORDERED, That the said Committee be revived; to sit on Monday next, at Four of the Clock in the Afternoon, in the Speaker's Chamber.

Foden versus Farrington.

Upon hearing Counsel this Day at the Bar, upon the Petition of Edward Foden Esquire, being an Appeal from a Decree and several Orders made by the late Lord Jeffryes and Lords Commissioners of the Great Seal, in a Cause wherein John Farrington and his Wife and others were Plaintiffs, and the said Edward Foden and others Defendants; as also upon hearing Counsel upon the Answer of the said John Farrington put in thereunto:

After due Consideration had of what was offered by Counsel on either Side thereupon, it is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Decree and Orders made in the Court of Chancery, from which the said Edward Foden appealed to this House, shall be, and are hereby, reversed; and that the Costs paid by the said Edward Foden to the said John Farrington shall be re-paid by him to the Petitioner Edward Foden: And it is further ORDERED, That the former Decree, made in 1679, by the Lord Chancellor Nottingham, in the said Cause, shall be, and is hereby, affirmed.

Dr. Elliott and his Bail discharged.

Upon reading the Petition of John Elliott Doctor in Physic; shewing, "That whereas the said John Elliott, Richard Morley, and John Boys, did enter into a Recognizance of Ten Thousand Pounds to Their Majesties, in April last, conditioned, That the said John Elliott should appear before this House at all Times when thereunto required; and praying, that he and his said Bail may be discharged:"

It is thereupon ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said John Elliott, Richard Morley, and John Boys, shall be, and are hereby, discharged from their said Recognizance; and this shall be a sufficient Warrant on that Behalf.

Vaughan and his Bail discharged.

Upon reading the Petition of Henry Vaughan; shewing, "That whereas the said Henry Vaughan, Daniell Sheldon, and Elias Rich, did enter into a Recognizance of Ten Thousand Pounds to Their Majesties, in April last, conditioned, That the said Henry Vaughan should appear before this House at all Times when thereunto required; and praying, that he and his said Bail may be discharged:"

It is thereupon ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Henry Vanghan, Daniell Sheldon, and Elias Rich, be, and they are hereby, discharged from their said Recognizance; and this shall be a sufficient Warrant on that Behalf.

Gray and his Bail discharged.

Upon reading the Petition of Robert Gray; shewing, "That whereas the said Robert Gray, John Windebanck, and Henry Harding, did enter into a Recognizance of Ten Thousand Pounds to Their Majesties, in April last, conditioned, That the said Robert Gray should appear before this House at all Times when thereunto required; and praying, that he and his said Bail may be discharged:"

It is thereupon ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Robert Gray, John Windebanck, and Henry Harding, shall be, and are hereby, discharged from their said Recognizance; and this shall be a sufficient Warrant on that Behalf.
