Who brought up a Bill, intituled, "An Act for the Sale of the Estate of Susan Chaplin and Dorothy Chaplin her Daughter, for Payment of Debts, and making a Provision for the said Susan and Dorothy;" to which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

E. of Montagu & al. versus E. of Bath & al.

Then the House entered into the Debate of what was Yesterday reported by the Lord Keeper, and argued by the Counsel several Days at the Bar, upon the Petition and Appeal of the Earl of Montagu and others, and the Answer of the Earl of Bathe and others put in thereunto.

And, after a long Time spent therein, it is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Debate of this Business shall be adjourned until To-morrow Morning, Eleven of the Clock.

Report of the Conference to be made.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Report of the Conference had, at the Desire of the House of Commons, the Twelfth Instant, shall be made on Thursday next, at Eleven of the Clock precisely.
